Plant HR Business Partner (f/m)

  • As a member of the plant LT (Leadership Team), provides coaching in Business Planning, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Organizational Design and Development, Employee Relations, Staffing and Selection, Training and Development, Leadership Development, Team Development, Compensation and Benefits planning and administration and Associate Engagement.
  • Based on business strategy, works to identify, design and implement appropriate organizational structures and key capabilities required to achieve business objectives. Acts as change agent.
  • Works with the appropriate BD entities (i.e Center Of Excellence, Associate Service Center, Regional HR team & Corporate HR Departments) to customize HR programs & HR communications as appropriate for the business.
  • Leads the local leadership team discussion of HR issues. Influences this team to introduce programs & initiatives. Identifies opportunities and problems that require decisions and approval by the leadership team. 
  • Analyses metrics, reports and data. Shares relevant information with the leaders. Determines how this information should drive change and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Supports managers during the annual Performance Management and Compensation Reward Cycle. 
  • Responsible for the entire monthly payroll cycle and reporting as well as the annual employee tax cycle together with payroll provider.
  • Responsible for the Payroll budgeting process together with Finance department. 
  • Ensures compliance with the local Labour Law and applicable employee Tax related laws.  
  • Limited local administration including employee contracts, terminations, government reimbursements, confirmation letters, recognition letters and similar. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, Psychology, Law. 
  • A minimum of 5 years HR experience required
  • Related work experience in international environment preferred
  • HR Experience in Manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong communications skills-including presentation
  • Good problem solving skills 
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Ability to work as a part of the team
