Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring the correct management of HR platform and practices, including compliance with laws and implementation of company’s human resources policies and procedures. Incumbent creates and maintains key HR metrics and reports: Provides support with employee contract, relations, compensation, benefit, training/development, diversity, performance management, and recognition and employee orientation.
Providing administrative support in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, retention, and evaluation;
Processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications;
You will be collecting monthly data for payroll - attendance, overtime, leaves, etc;
Responsible for researching and responding to employee questions, concerns, and inquiries about human resources policies;
Responsible for preparing the rules and regulations for the company, improvement and implementation of relevant personnel management system;
You will be in close cooperation with each department of the project.
You have at least 5 years working experience with personnel administration and BiH labour law; knowledge of payroll processes would be a huge advantage;
Education: Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Related field of study;
You have good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel) ;
You are a quick learner who is easily able to adapt;
You have a good command of English in speaking and writing;
You are able to work as a part of a team as well as independently;
You have ability to communicate in clear way;
You are well-structured and organized;
Having experience in construction company or Chinese company would be a huge advantage.
